I’m a copywriter and a reader; I love stories and all other things made up. And this is my portfolio.

Here is my resumé.

I write in sunny, funny Manila because there is enough contradiction here to fuel a star. I believe that design and copy should be functional, but I also believe that play and whimsy are just as important as rigor and logic. Long copy is my thing, so are naming systems. I’ve been blogging since 2001—the internet is a huge forest and I pick up breadcrumbs to find my way around.

To balance out my text-heavy lifestyle, I began a beauty blog  and eventually started taking classes to become a professional make-up artist. Soon, I hope to be a drag queen because everyone needs too much glamour in their lives especially someone who used to be a High School English Teacher.
